11. Your Rights

11.1 Your Right to Cancel

To cancel your order before delivery, you must first check your order status within the order tracking facility as detailed in the order tracking section above. If your order has not reached the delivery process, please contact us to cancel your order.

You are responsible for returning the items in a re-saleable, un-used and un-active condition. The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.

Refunds will be for goods only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.

We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items. Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.

We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit if you accept it as good condition.

This does not apply to Viewing cards, subscription boxes, IPTV box, Software disks, games, UMD disks, films

11.2 Delayed/Lost/Damaged Delivery

If you have not received your order within 15 working days of despatch (not including Sundays), you must immediately advise us of the delay/loss. (only for UK domestic post)

If you have not received your order within 25 working days of despatch (not including Sundays), you must immediately advise us of the delay/loss. (only for Overseaseas & Europe post)

In the event of a replacement order being sent to you, all replacement item/s will be sent to you followed by a non-delivery declaration from which you will need to complete and return.

Where a refund is requested, the non-delivery declaration from must be returned complete before a refund can be authorised.

The declaration form will be sent to the email address supplied with the initial order, and on receipt; requires completion in full and returned to us.

Should the completed non-delivery declaration form not be received within 10 working days of receipt, then you will become liable for the cost of the initial goods and postage.

Where a replacement has been requested and dispatched, this will be charged to the method of payment for your order if a replacement has already been dispatched.

Where a refund has been requested and the form has not been received in the given time, then the refund will not be processed.

This charge will be refunded upon receipt of the completed non-delivery declaration form if received within 20 working days from the date of receipt for the non-delivery declaration from. Forms received between the 11th and 20th working day will incur a 25% administration fee of the value of the lost parcel and will be charged to the method of payment for your order. Any form returned after this period will be deemed void.

It is your responsible to check that you have received the item in perfect condition before the courier / postal service leaves.

If you have received the item damaged you should record it as damaged and accept the items and also contact the postal company.

It is your responsible to report to us of any damaged items you have received within 48hr after this date we can not be held responsible.

All damaged items should be left in its original condition without trying to repair it or using it in any way. The damaged item should be left in a safe place until we tell you what need to be done.

11.3 Shipping Policy

All our items are shipped on a Monday - Firday basis this excludes weekends and bank / public holidays.

Any order made after 15:00 GMT/BST will to processed on the next working day. Working days are classed as Mon - Fri excludes weekends and public holidays.

All customs and duty is payable by the buyer (this information can be found at your local customs office).

We do not ship any of our items to PO Box

11.4 Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside of the 7 day cancellation period, we operate a 28 day faulty returns period.

For any items send back to us without an authorisation no would be refused

For any item send to us claiming to be faulty and when we get it tested to be non-faulty there will be an admin charge of GBP 10 - 15 of the value of the item plus the delivery charge.

For non faulty item any item items should be returnd back to us within 30 day after this date we will not be accepting any returns.

All of the products on sale have met our high quality-control standards.

Refunds will be for goods only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.

Any gift provided with the item would also need to be returned for the refund to be issued.

If the gift is not returned we will deduct rersonable cost for that item and give the remaing payment to you.

We will deduct postage cost even if you have been provided free postage on the item.

Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.

We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.

To return an item, please complete contact us. Please include the reference number provided to ensure your return is processed without delay.

Any Item/s that is returned without the reference no we will hold the items for 30 Days. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.

We do not operate a try before you buy policy.

Any goods found to be defective within 5 days will be replaced.

Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.

If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition in the original packaging without any marking on the packaging or the actual item and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being incurred. Items returned for a refund, when the goods are not faulty will be charged a handling fee of 25% or the actual market value of the item which ever is lower.

Some items will not be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons or subscription nature like viewing card, IPTV box and subscription boxes.

Viewing cards, subscription boxes, IPTV box, Software disks, games, UMD disks, films and creams cannot be returned if the security seal has been broken.

In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued.

Replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 7 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.

Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for your card to be refunded. The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.

Any customises made to the product for the customer will not be accepted for returns

Item that are collected from us does not applies the 7 days cooling of period and a standard 25% rectocking charge will apply for any items that is returned back to us

11.5 Manufacturers Warranty

Outside of the 5 day faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Items returned to us will be forwarded to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

For repairs/replacements under manufacturers warranty for any item contact us and return the faulty product to us. Please include the reference number provided to ensure your return is processed without delay.

11.6 Placing an order

To protect our company from fraud or getting goods or service through illegal methods we might ask the users to provide additional information.

We have the right to cancel any order without any notice or without any explanation.

We will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.

12.1 Information about Viewing Cards and Subscription Box

The broadcaster reserves the rights to change any package or channels at any time without any notice we cannot be held responsible for their actions.

Any upgrades or any additional fees needed to the viewing cards or package will be requested from the customers.

All viewing time on the subscription are guaranteed by the broadcaster and not by us.

Any viewing card used outside the intend countries/states are at the user / owners own risk we will not be held responsible if anything happens to your viewing card.

Due to the nature of the product, subscription viewing cards are not covered by the warranty.

All pre-paid subscription card are not replaceable if it has been lost by the customers.

We cannot be held responsible if the broadcasters are out of business or bankrupt.

All viewing card are to be used for domectic/personal/private use only unless oterwise stated. We will not be held responsible if used outside these terms.

Please check the broadcasters own terms and condition for further information and details.

If the buyer contacts the broadcasters directly this will switch the card off and so we cannot be held responsible for the buyers actions.

By purchasing any viewing cards form us you also agree that the terms and conditions of the broadcasters. Their terms and conditions can be found on thir website.

It the buyer's responsibility to use the viewing card in a legal manner and to use the card in the country where it is authorised to be used.

You must not tamper with the viewing card or use it for anyting we or the broadcaster do not authorise.

Any subscription purchased you agree to this contract and waver your right to cancel.

All cards purchased from this site are actived before sending to customers.

12.2 Information about Receivers

All receivers sold comes with the official manufacture software embedded which will only work on free to air.

Any orther software found to be installed on your receiver will void your warranty, we will not accept returns.

For any item send to us claiming to be faulty and when we get it tested to be non-faulty there will be an admin charge of GBP 10 - 15 of the value of the item plus the delivery charge.

For non faulty item any item items should be returnd back to us within 30 day after this date we will not be accepting any returns.

All of the products on sale have met our high quality-control standards.

Refunds will be for goods only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.

Any gift provided with the item would also need to be returned for the refund to be issued.

If the gift is not returned we will deduct rersonable cost for that item and give the remaing payment to you.

We will deduct postage cost even if you have been provided free postage on the item.

Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.

We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery

We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.

To return an item, please complete contact us. Please include the reference number provided to ensure your return is processed without delay.

Any Item/s that is returned without the reference no we will hold the items for 30 Days. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.

We do not operate a try before you buy policy.

Any goods found to be defective within 5 days will be replaced.

Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.

If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition in the original packaging without any marking on the packaging or the actual item and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being incurred. Items returned for a refund, when the goods are not faulty will be charged a handling fee of 25% or the actual market value of the item which ever is lower.

Some items will not be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons or subscription nature like viewing card, IPTV box and subscription boxes.

Viewing cards, subscription boxes, IPTV box, Software disks, games, UMD disks, films and creams cannot be returned if the security seal has been broken.

In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued.

Replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 7 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.

Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for your card to be refunded. The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.

Any customises made to the product for the customer will not be accepted for returns

Item that are collected from us does not applies the 7 days cooling of period and a standard 25% rectocking charge will apply for any items that is returned back to us

11.5 Manufacturers Warranty

Outside of the 5 day faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Items returned to us will be forwarded to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

For repairs/replacements under manufacturers warranty for any item contact us and return the faulty product to us. Please include the reference number provided to ensure your return is processed without delay.

11.6 Placing an order

To protect our company from fraud or getting goods or service through illegal methods we might ask the users to provide additional information.

We have the right to cancel any order without any notice or without any explanation.

We will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.

12.1 Information about Viewing Cards and Subscription Box

The broadcaster reserves the rights to change any package or channels at any time without any notice we cannot be held responsible for their actions.

Any upgrades or any additional fees needed to the viewing cards or package will be requested from the customers.

All viewing time on the subscription are guaranteed by the broadcaster and not by us.

Any viewing card used outside the intend countries/states are at the user / owners own risk we will not be held responsible if anything happens to your viewing card.

Due to the nature of the product, subscription viewing cards are not covered by the warranty.

All pre-paid subscription card are not replaceable if it has been lost by the customers.

We cannot be held responsible if the broadcasters are out of business or bankrupt.

All viewing card are to be used for domectic/personal/private use only unless oterwise stated. We will not be held responsible if used outside these terms.

Please check the broadcasters own terms and condition for further information and details.

If the buyer contacts the broadcasters directly this will switch the card off and so we cannot be held responsible for the buyers actions.

By purchasing any viewing cards form us you also agree that the terms and conditions of the broadcasters. Their terms and conditions can be found on thir website.

It the buyer's responsibility to use the viewing card in a legal manner and to use the card in the country where it is authorised to be used.

You must not tamper with the viewing card or use it for anyting we or the broadcaster do not authorise.

Any subscription purchased you agree to this contract and waver your right to cancel.

All cards purchased from this site are actived before sending to customers.

12.2 Information about Receivers

All receivers sold comes with the official manufacture software embedded which will only work on free to air.

Any orther software found to be installed on your receiver will void your warranty, we will not accept returns.
